1. Location/availability of vessel/barge assets and ensuring suitability to cargo requirements.

2. Pre-charter vessel/barge vetting/inspection management/coordination.

3. Negotiations and management of vessel/barge voyage, term, bareboat charters, contracts of affreightment, and consecutive voyage arrangements fixtures.

4. Charter/vessel performance (pumping, speed, consumption) analysis, claims, settlement and collection.

5. In-depth voyage reports including alternative routing & cargo triangulation proposals to facilitate lowering your overall cargo delivery costs.

6. Historical & forward analysis and reporting on freight markets, shipping trends, world fleet changes etc.

Once chartered, vessels/barges can be subsequently monitored through your existing marine resources or proactively scheduled, tracked and expedited through our knowledgeable Cargo-Voyage Services team on your behalf.

Charter Management Services are provided on a per-charter commission upon charter fixture in combination with a daily rate per vessel/barge charter subsequently managed on client’s behalf.
