Our Cargo-Voyage Services provide a client-tailored, flange-to-flange tracking, expediting and finalization of all matters relating to the loading, transport and discharge of your petroleum cargoes including the analysis and settlement of any subsequent demurrage, cargo or related issues/claims.

Through a specific focus on the proactive expedition of all shipping events, incorporating the use of our MaritimeBridge information exchange systems together with your existing or our proposed ship agents and Oil inspection service providers and through the use of our proprietary MarineCare family of marine systems, our Cargo-Voyage Service line allows you to focus on your core business while still keeping an active control over marine logistics.

Cormac Maritime’s Cargo-Voyage Services include:

1. Vessel, voyage & cargo scheduling, tracking and expediting including:

- Ship/Port Agent screening, selection, interfacing and cost control.
- Oil Inspector screening, selection, interfacing and cost control.
- Voyage/route weather tracking.
- Freight & related analysis, invoicing, payment and settlement

2. Demurrage Claim analysis, generation, settlement and collection.

3. Cargo quality/quantity claim analysis, generation, settlement and collection.

4. In-port Cargo transfer attendance, expediting, data collection and follow-on investigations.

5. Post-voyage, in-depth, voyage and in-port event analysis and reporting (ex: voyage results, terminal efficiency, etc.)

The above services are provided on a flexible basis, through full-time or part-time on-sight Cormac staff or on a fully outsourced (off-sight) basis.

The above are provided on a per ship/barge/cargo and/or claim basis fee plus a small percentage of any claim collections/savings with discounts available for larger volumes of business.
