LLC, finalizes acquiring full ownership of Compliance Development
Corporation’s (CDC’s) Marine Systems including the MaritimeBridge
Maritime Information Exchange, as part of its ongoing effort to
position itself as a full-service Marine Products, Services and
Shipping Company,
Cormac’s enhanced and rename “MarineCare Family of
Marine Information Systems” systems include Vetting, Charter,
Voyage, Vessel, Barge, Demurrage & Cargo Loss Modules and the unique
web-based MaritimeBridge Information Exchange which serves to
significantly decrease the time and effort required in information
exchange between in port shipping activities and commodity
trading/refinery clients.
The MarineCare Family of Systems are all web-based,
customizable and can be integrated
seamlessly with existing in-house system architectures towards
decrease existing marine process costs and to position our clients
to be proactive in marine logistics instead of being merely victims

LLC, signed a Marine Demurrage processing agreement with El Paso
Energy Corporation’s affiliate, El Paso Marine Company. As part of
their Cargo-Voyage Services business line, Cormac Maritime will be
providing Marine Demurrage claim administration, analysis,
collections and settlement services for El Paso’s Petroleum
activities. Through this outsourcing, El Paso is able to benefit
from a significant reduction in the overall cost of its Marine
Demurrage administration by taking advantage of Cormac Maritime’s
proprietary Marine ClaimCare Process.

The Cormac Companies LLC, Parent of Cormac Maritime LLC, acquires
full ownership interest in MaritimeBridge web-based Maritime
Information Exchange Portal from CDC Development Corporation.
In exchange for cash and shares of Cormac Maritime LLC, The Cormac
Companies LLC has purchased the rights to the MaritimeBridge
web-based product line of Maritime Information Exchange programs
including its existing 400 client users. As part of an on-going
effort to position Cormac Maritime LLC as a full-service Marine
Products and Services Company, the MaritimeBridge family of
information products allows Cormac to significantly decrease the
time required for information exchange between import shipping
activities and its oil trading/refinery clients while also providing
it with a solid foundation from which to introduce its supplemental
line of other Marine services including Cargo Voyage, Charter
Management and Marine Technical Services.
